Course is on Sundays 13:00-15:00 starting from 19.1-18.5.2025 (summer break) 17.8-14.12.2025. The course is in ENGLISH or FINNISH dependent on participants.

• The course is held under 12 months and includes 30 coached 2 hour sessions for the course participants and material provided for individual studies.
• The price for the course is 300 euros, that can be paid out in two 150 euro payments. Club members only.
• To participate it is mandatory that you have passed A1K and A2K, or been participating in previous ATR courses at spring 2024 or before. If you have done JK1 and JK2 in the past, it is advisable that you join the A2K course or ATR group practice before joining this course. The technique covered in A3K is different from old JK courses.
• The course covers the whole shot cycle, mental shot cycle, archery specific warm ups, body maintenance, bow tuning, practice methods and how to build a training regimen for yourself.
• Course is aimed toward archers who practice around 3 times a week archery and aim to thrive within the sport individually.
• Own equipment is mandatory.
